| 1:17.0 | And they may not have families that have vehicles that can make that distance. Prisons are often in rural locations, |
| 1:25.0 | so sometimes you're talking about a flight plus a rental car, |
| 1:29.0 | which of course increases the costs even more |

| 1:32.0 | So it's very, very hard to get to a prison sometimes |
| 1:35.3 | to visit a loved one during the holidays. |
