Whether you're going with your spouse, children, grandparents, cousins, or maybe just people you met through your favorite cruise website and consider them family, a rural Caribbean cruise offers so much for everyone.

And it's really no surprise to hear Royal Caribbean is a great choice for families to many Royal Caribbean fans that are out there.

To that point, Royal Caribbean was recently named the top cruise line for families, and we invited the author of the 2016 Family Friendly Cruise Travel Planner to join me on this week's episode to discuss what Royal Caribbean does to be such a great family cruise line and why they picked it as their top choice.

The first Royal Caribbean cruise I ever took was on Explorer of the Seas from Cape Liberty, New Jersey,

and everyone of my family had a great time on board.

And we realized that a cruise was the perfect vacation for our family because we could all do different things,

but yet we were still doing them together at the same time.

And Royal Cribing has been recognized time and time again for being a leader in family

travel.

And this week, we have Heidi Allison from Cruisecompete.com, who is the author of the 2016

family-friendly cruise travel planner, which recently just named Royal Caribbean to the top

spot in its top 10 family-friendly cruise lines.

So I wanted to bring Heidi on to talk about the experience and what makes Royal Caribbean such a big hit with family.
