We are going to talk Scott Peterson now for as long as we can all go.

She was in court today.

But first, let me just give you a real quick background.

It was two decades after Scott Peterson was sentenced to death

with the murder of his pregnant wife

in this very high profile trial

that the Los Angeles Innocent Project,

Innocence Project stepped in and said that they have now taken up his case.

It marks a significant breakthrough

for the 51-year-old convicted killer who has long maintained his innocence and has even

claimed that he received an unfair trial.
