I'm your host, Ashley Caputo, registered nurse, functional medicine practitioner, mom, wife,

and somebody who just, like many of you, is trying to figure out how to build a healthier, more

intentional life in a world that honestly feels increasingly difficult to navigate.

Today, we're going to be talking about two things that are hitting families hard right now,

feeding your family on a budget and homeschooling.

And before anybody tunes out and thinks that this is

going to be some unrealistic social media version of homesteading where everybody's milling wheat berries

at sunrise, raising goats and matching linen outfits, that's not what this is. This is real life.

This is trying to buy groceries without feeling physically ill when you look at the total. This is standing in the produce section

wondering how healthy food somehow became a luxury item. This is trying to balance work,

children, exhaustion, rising cost, and still wanting better for your family. Because I think a

lot of people feel the shift that's happening right now. Families are tired. Parents are questioning

everything. They're questioning the food system. They're questioning health care. They're questioning healthcare. They're questioning education.

They're questioning why everybody feels anxious, burned out, disconnected, over-stimulated,
