I have not said those words in seven weeks which is so long because I've been doing this

podcast every week religiously talking to exciting people reaching reaching out to you guys, connecting with my

fam out there, and now I'm back baby.

So if you didn't know, I recently got sick, I was diagnosed with a form of epilotitis, which is an infection in your throat that results

in an abscess that corrods your throat, ends up close that

corrods your throat, ends up closing your breathing canal here and can be very fatal.

And I went through an instant surgery once I found out I mean within hours of finding out that I had it I had a few hours to go and get the abscess removed and cleaned out before my breathing canal could close. At the time I was on Dancing with the Stars and I was in the

eighth week nearing the semi-finals and having the best time of my life. I'm not going to bore you with the details here because I've talked

about this on our talk show The Real. I've also had an episode recently on Hello Hanay, my
