Summary

The Pharisees and Sadducees put religion before relationship. They put pride before anything else and elevated tradition to the level of God’s written word. This is becoming rampant today in the church, and today we’re talking about the litmus test for measuring our “Christian” teachers to decide if they are following God’s word.

0:57.2	the Oprah Winfrey show. I've just decided that anybody who's a Christian that goes on the Oprah
1:01.9	Winfrey show to talk about Christianity might actually not be Christian. I'm sorry. I know some of
1:09.0	you guys are upset about that, but the more I see the more I'm just like, no, this is actually false
1:14.7	teaching. It's, it's borderline horrifying. So there was a woman on her show, a soul Sunday,
1:22.2	Super Soul Sunday, I think is what she calls it recently. And then the first, my first
1:28.1	introduction to Super Soul Sunday was when she interviewed a former pastor, Rob Bell, who now has a
1:33.6	brand new movie coming out called The Heretic, which is horrifying. I just, someone just sent that
1:38.2	to me and I've been reading a little bit about about that as well. But they're, what they're doing is
1:44.6	they're moving, they're trying to move the needle. They're trying to move the needle of the church
1:48.7	toward progressive theology toward this progressive leftist ideology that says that truth is
1:55.0	subjective and that your truth is your truth and my truth is my truth. But we know, as women who
2:00.7	studied the word of God that Jesus said, I am the way the truth of life. No man comes to the father.
2:06.1	But by me, so truth is found in studying the word of God, truth is found in knowing God because
