Summary

False Conversions seems to be a topic of interest in the church. Some are concerned with the lack of faithfulness, others seem concerned with the lack of faith. There are groups whose sole purpose in life is to hunt down all the heretics in the world and assert their own superiority over them. Other groups don't care at all what you believe or how you live. If you say you are Christian they will give you the benefit of the doubt. Trying to understand these matters can be difficult. It ...

Hey, everybody, this is Joshua Lewis. This is Take 3 of the intro of this episode as we are dialoguing about false conversion. It gets better every time I do it. We're talking about legalism, antonomianism. We're going to be talking about theological thresholds. How much do I have to know to be saved? Can I come to salvation completely selfless or do I come to the gospel selfish? You know, the things that I can add to my life. I'm going to get Jesus to. So this is going to be a fun conversation as it affects all of us in the church, right? No matter where you go to church, there's someone who's convinced that they're saved and you convince that they're not. So maybe we can have a good, healthy conversation, not trying to beat people up, but really trying to serve the body of Christ and help them in their walk and in their journey with the Lord. In studio with me, I have got Evangelist Levi Lutz. It's going to be an exciting program. Before I introduce him, though, I'd like to turn it over to you, Michael Roundtree. Michael, tell us a little about yourself, and how's your day? A little bit about myself on the pastor here at Wellspring. Been married for 15 years. Have four kids. And I spent the day with my four kids. We went to six flags over Texas. I wrote a bunch of roller coasters. I've been going up, down, turn around and sideways. So I'm glad to be here in the studio because that's not nearly as much fun as it once was. Yeah. Believe it or not. So anyway, but yeah, I had a, had a great day with the family. Good. Well, we're glad to have you. And for those of you who are watching right now, make sure to hit that like and subscribe button as we get into the content. We've got a really exciting episodes coming up in the following the weeks. Tons of people who watched the show.
