Fallout, season two, episode two, we open in a flashback to the last hours of the shining

city on a hill that was the New California Republic, a brief moment of cooperation and coexistence in the wasteland known as Shady Sands, RIP.

We meet young Maximus's dad, who has apparently discovered a huge aquifer of fresh water.

He's just got done testing the water. It's completely red, free. And as

Rosie said, last episode, clean water, a huge deal in this world and a huge deal in the games. You've got to

have it. A trader is on his way into town repeating in a robotic fashion, the kind of same phrase about the desert and it's

clear after seeing uh episode one that he's probably got the neck chip in because he doesn't look

like he's doing great and he is brainwashed clearly dad and young max go over over to see what the trader has brought in the caravan to town,

and they get there, and the townsfolk are all around the trader.

The trader is collapsed and is continuing to mutter, and it's blood coming from one of his eyes.
