Fall is the best time of year to dial in your sleep, in my opinion.

The first thing we wanted to chat about is why this is the best time of the year to really just

make sure your sleep routine is where it needs to be. And the first reason is that as the days

get shorter and the sun starts to set earlier, your melatonin production naturally increases

sooner in the evening. So, you know, we just had that time change. It's getting darker earlier.

And naturally not having that light, it does make it easier to kind of wind down. 100%. I love the fall. I'm a fall guy, but we live in Florida, so we don't get the fall. But, yeah, that was always my favorite season by far. You know, I mean, when the sun sets earlier, the thing I love about it the most is that it's so tough in the summer because it's like fun. You're going out with friends. The weather's nice. And the most frustrating thing is that it's not frustrating. It's nice, but it's sunny until 8.30 or 9 o'clock at night. And if you're working like the normal person, right, you're trying to get to sleep, trying to get up in the morning, you don't want to miss out. You have phomo. And when the fall comes around, we have, you know, we just had the time change last week. Yeah. And I know people hate on it, but I love the time change because it's dark at like 540, I think, at night, you know, for us, we're here in St. Pete. So we're further east. So I know it does set later in some areas. But it's, It's so nice for people in the fall to be able to have that time at night where it's darker.
