Now I don't know about you but I like to consider myself kind of a good problem solver

but I think I'm really good at solving like other people's problems and I don't always

apply the same logic to myself.

And it can be tough to train your brain to stay in this like problem solving mode when

you're faced with the challenge in your life and like you're surrounded in it and it's

just happening to you.

But when you learn how to find your own solutions there's no better feeling and a therapist

I have found can become a way better problem solver.

They can help you look at a challenge that's happening in your life objectively and

maybe make it easier to accomplish your goals and this is something that really resonates

with me because like I said I love to help other people with their problems and I think

it's because I can look at it objectively and it's hard for me to do that for myself which

is why I find the help of my therapist through better help to be so beneficial because

she can look at what's happening in my life objectively and help me find a solution

to my current problem and it's just so easy and seamless and she is wonderful.

So if you're thinking of giving therapy a try I highly recommend better help.
