Hello everyone and welcome to this episode of Sleep and Relax ASMR.

Well this episode, Weekend Ramble Edition once again. Now perhaps you've had the pleasure or displeasure of listening to one of my weekend rambles, but it's pretty simple, pretty shrimple, I said, shrimple.

I was trying to go with simple and straight, but obviously the word is really simple, not tremble.

Pretty simple concept. I kind of just ramble on about what's been on my mind recently.

Dreams, thoughts, observations, funny stories. Usually it's incoherent.

And, you know, I've got some positive feedback on him, so I'm happy to continue doing them.

I think it's a pretty interesting, you know, type of episode. I kind of like just turning on the mic and getting to it so yeah

maybe you heard before maybe you haven't but just 20 plus or 30 plus minutes of me discussing what I've

been up to.

Like I said, I've gotten some lovely feedback very happy that at least six of you out there.

I think it's been six emails. Very happy that six of

you are enjoying my weekend rambles. It's amazing how at this point I've been doing the podcast for seven years.

So I'm like that.

Which is just crazy to think about.

Seven years of doing this. a little hobby of mine, that truthly I have just as much love for

it today as I did, you know, all those years ago.

Sometimes I don't know, like, what would I be doing with my free time if I weren't doing this, you know, and obviously not this takes up so much of my free time, but yeah, you gotta come up with some ideas or scripts sometimes you have to you know obviously I

release a lot of ambient noise you you know, scenic kind of episodes as well.

You know, it just depends on the episode, right?
