There were so many days that I can just remember.

Like, I just didn't understand what was going on.

And one night, you know, I was drinking and doing some things and made a lot of bad decisions and ended up, you know,

trying to take my own life and ended up in a hospital room and was just handcuffed to a bed,

wearing the jeans from the night before with no shirt on, just sitting there kind of reflecting

on my choices. For me, that was pretty much rock bottom at the moment that I reflect on
