I was just reading in Vanity Fair about Christina Applegate and of course it was in August of 2021

that she was diagnosed with having MS. And in the article I just read,

season three of Netflix's Dark Comedy Dead to me, she says it may be her last time acting on camera.

Her last time she said quote, I can't even imagine going to the set right now. This is a

progressive disease and I don't know if I'm going to get worse. And people really like that series

a whole lot. She said none of us knew I was going to be sick when I started filming it and that

I was going to gain 40 pounds from medication and be immobile to a certain degree.

I'm just so saddened by this. I just think that I love her. I do too. She's a terrific actress.

You know, there's a lot of actresses that would have had that role as a teenager

and married with children playing the the bimbo she played, the bimbo daughter and then never

be heard from again and just be typecast in that role. But she went on to be a really good

comedic actress. She was in the anchor man movies and was, you know, perfect for that role

and did a lot of other things too. And it seemed to be a nice person. You just kind of breaks

your heart that that's it. You know, at her peak, she's probably about what 40 years old,

something like that. At her peak, it's through because of this. And she's saying that she hopes

to still have some sort of a career, possibly in doing voice over work, which makes sense.

People have been not all people, but trolls. Let me rephrase that.

People, trolls have been awful to her online. Why? Because you heard what she said,
