And I know a lot of you are just in an economic situation right now. This is the most expensive it's been to get a car loan since 2007.

This is the most expensive house market when you look at median income to debt ratio and factory and interest rates. It's the most expensive housing market in American history.

Cars and houses kind of important. Yeah, and I was just in the middle of this recently. It was not fun. Yes. And so.

Yeah, I forgot about that. Tell me how that turned out by the way after the show. But a lot more of you would love to do more to take to exempt your kids from this system, but the economics are squeezing on you.

And so you're looking for options. What can we do even if it's even if I if I have the means and the opportunity to exempt my kid or I'm looking for something to supplement what my kid is being subjected to.

We're going to talk to a good friend of mine Steve Noble's a talk show host in North Carolina. He has created just such an entity, particularly with maybe the most important subject right now history.
