Would you turn with me in the scripture, please, to Matthew, the 25th chapter,

and also we're going to Proverbs the 20th chapter, Matthew 25, Proverbs 20.

We begin, I guess it was last week, talking about a new series, we're calling faithfulness,

faithfulness.

And I'm very excited about it.

There is a dimension of things here that I'm convinced will open up to us.

And this affects not just the here and now but eternity and as we go into this please don't presume you already know what

we're talking about because even if you've got light from a verse you don't have all the light from it.

Nobody has all the light.

It's alive.

His word is living and alive.

So no matter what you thought you saw of it yesterday, you can see something else tomorrow.

It's living.

And also do not look at these verses and things with a negative slant.

You know, a lot of times people don't like to talk about these things. They think, oh,

I don't like thinking about that. I think about judgment and thinking about the judgment

seat of Christ and thinking about whether I'm faithful or not and whether we'll get reward or not.

Well, we better think about it because now is when we can do something about it.

And in a few days, this is going to be passed.

Our life is going to be over just like this, even if you live a long time.

And the Bible talks about instead of, you know, dreading that day, we can actually look forward to His coming and be excited about it because we're not going to be judged with the unbelievers.

We're already accepted in Him, and we have also to look forward to reward and blessing
