Welcome to Daily Grace. We believe the Bible is true, trustworthy, and timeless. And we want

0:17.6

to help women like you, know and love God's Word. The Bible shows us who God is and who

0:24.7

He is, changes everything. My name is Shelby, and I'm Crystal. And we want to invite you to come

0:31.2

join us as we chat about the truth of God's Word in our everyday lives. Hey everybody, welcome back

0:38.5

to the Daily Grace Podcast. This is Crystal, and I'm joined as always with my friend and neighbor.

0:43.2

They'll be. I know. We're all sort of neighbors now. We're closer than we were. Like eight hours away,

0:49.0

and now we're like 20 minutes away. Yeah. So fun. It's so fun. So we just wrapped up a summer series.

0:55.7

And so we're getting back into the swing of things this fall. So we're going to actually start off

0:59.2

with our favorite things. The summer, we made it very quick. 15 seconds or less. Yeah. We're going

1:13.1

favorite thing this week? My favorite thing is something that I literally thought would never be my

1:18.5

favorite thing. And it is a like coconut smoothie bowl from a smoothie shop near my house. I'm

1:27.0

not a smoothie person. I just don't like them. Not a fan. I just want ice coffee or smoothie bowls

1:33.8

of thing. But yeah. So this is it's a smoothie in a bowl. So you eat it with a spoon. But then it

1:40.2

also has toppings. My problem with smoothies is they're all one taste and all one texture. So

1:45.2

this has toppings on it. So you can choose your bite. So there's like granola or there's this

1:50.6

coconut cream stuff that they put on the top or like cocoa nibs. And my husband talked me into

1:55.4

trying it. He'd been really loving them. And it turns out they're amazing. And I have to stop myself

2:00.3

from going to get one every single day. That's so fun. So it's almost like a yogurt shop where you can

2:05.5

add stuff into like frozen yogurt. Yeah. And they have suggested combinations. Everything's healthy.

2:10.8

I don't really know how to pronounce any of it. So I mostly just like point and I'm like, yeah,
