Take heed to the ministry.

Well, it might have been pronounced that way if he lived here today, but say to this fellow,

take heed to the ministry which you have received in the Lord that you fulfill it.

Take heed to the ministry you've received.

That you fulfill it.

Boy, there's a wealth of revelation just in these few words.

First of all, do you understand that even though you have a call on your life?

And a ministry has been, oh, what's the word Apostle Paul used, committed to you,

that you still must receive it.

You know there are many people that are going to stand before the Lord and give an account

for a pastoral ministry, an evangelistic ministry, apostolic ministry,

healing ministry, ministry to street people or children or whatever, that never even entered

the ministry? Never even entered the ministry. Did something secular all their life and never even entered the ministry.

But when they stand before the Lord, they'll have to give an account for a ministry because they were called to it.

They just never received it.

Never committed to it.

I've had people tell me, say, boy, I wouldn't want to be you.
