Would you go please to the book of Acts?

Book of Acts chapter 20 and then also we're going to look in 2 Timothy chapter 4.

Acts 20, 2 Timothy 4.

Thanks be to God.

It's easy to take it for granted, but it is a great thing to be able to come together like this.

Have the freedom, have the ability, the prosperity, got our own places to meet in.

Nobody's going to kick us out if we go 10 minutes too long.

Freedom, freedoms we enjoy in this country.

Nobody telling us that we can't preach on certain verses and certain things.

Are you thankful for this? So thankful.

Well, for a few weeks now, we've been on a series that we're calling faithful to finish.

And in Acts 20, we see the Spirit of God through Paul talking about this, Acts 20.

And he said in verse 22, he said, I go bound in the spirit to Jerusalem, not knowing the things that shall befall me there,

save or accept that the Holy Spirit witnesses in every city saying that bonds and afflictions abide me.

Paul was an apostle and a prophet.

And just because one operates in that ministry

doesn't mean you know everything.

You'd only know what the Lord showed you.

And concerning other things, you wouldn't know any more than anybody else.

And that's what he says.

He said, I'm going, not knowing, the things that shall befall me there.
