Since I've been coming here, I've been picking up praying.

Even if you don't want to chat to us about God, God is here and he loves you.

Praying helps relieve stress and it's helped me.

That really comes across with the young people. I think they can feel it even if they don't say it.

They come in, sometimes crying, then going out with a big smile, or coming in looking grumpy and

we know that one of the leaders will notice and go, are you okay?

Do you need to have a chat?

But for them, it's just a space that they can call theirs.

God provides a place that we can just call ours.
