This tiny island sitting between Orkney and Shetland is famous the world over.

Humans love the knitwear and it's a favourite stopping off point for migratory birds.

I'm Helen Needham and I'm joining musician and composer Inga Thompson on a trip back to her native fair aisle.

Together we'll be exploring the island, meeting folk along the way, to get a sense of what's special about this place,
