specifically, my goal is to bring you tangible and useful tips and tricks so that you can take

them and put them into your

life. So what I was doing for today's episode, I was going back through old podcast, old podcast

episodes and was looking and seeing what it was that you guys really were gravitated towards.

And the number one episode that is like literally twice as high as any other one is from fail forward.

So it's funny because the thing I was thinking about that I wanted to talk to you guys about

was the option of failing.

So for me, I think so many times we show up in our goals,

in our business, in our journey, in our house, like in our relationships, with our family,

with our friends, and we show up for other people so much that we forget to even think about
