I'm your host, Jake Burns,

and I'm going to kind of level with you guys about some of the stuff with this podcast.

So it's a show I've been doing if you've been following every day since April of 2021.

It's been a grind.

Over 225 episodes, almost, I could probably say under 10 days off in that period trying to put out content.

And sometimes sometimes just with

anything that people do they're going to be better episodes and worse episodes and like i'm not

entirely too proud of this episode tonight because it's a lot of replay of things we covered today

but i'm tapped out man we i did a an hour in the morning from 9 to 10, just my first

chalk talk tonight where we discussed a couple different. I'm going to share that episode with

you essentially. It's hard. Sometimes I'm trying to do two shows a day and then find a
