Yes and according to the Guardian, Farhad Mishiri has put Everton up for sale,

according to Farhad Mishiri he hasn't so we have an interesting situation. There was an article

in the Guardian that he was looking for £500 million for the club and that's a lot of money

clearly given the new castle went for £300 million and you weren't inheriting any debt.

If you bought Everton now presumably you'd also have to fund the remainder of the stadium as well.

So it does seem a lot of money, he's now sort of saying I'm looking for a bit of expertise,

a bit of knowledge, I'm looking for a small investment in the club, perhaps to sell 10 or 15%.

But if you look at it, I like a number as you know, would you pay £500 million for or share

a £500 million where you're only going to have a minority stake and you're buying the club

with the seventh most expensive squad and the eighth highest wage bill in the Premier League
