This is a phrase that we've been using quite a bit lately because it's one of the things that we found

was I would say it's probably it was probably the culprit for us arguing more in our marriage

it was probably the culprit for us not showing up as well with our kids and just feeling

It's a totally different mindset and honestly it has changed everything about our lives.

But it's amazing because I think we so often look at that.

Like it's it's the mentality of like work hard so that I can go on vacation, you know,

grind now to, I don't know, retire later. But it's funny how the later just doesn't come or it certainly doesn't come in the right time

because we're so tired and we realize we're just grinding through our life and we're not actually

enjoying our days we're just trying to get to something else and I think it's just a very backwards

way of living and I think the way the Lord has shown us to live is quite the opposite.

It's to live out of rhythm and rest. It is to live out of the seven-day cycle that he set up.

And when we started to implement the actual planning of it first, and I think what is important to realize is I think

what first has to die is the fear of not working enough now. I think it's the, we get on this

treadmill because it's like, I can't, I can't take a break because, you know, I have to get ahead.

And that's exactly what Sabbath is about. It's literally the Lord saying it's the other way around. It's you can't get

ahead unless you have my rest. And I, and I think the biggest way, so practically speaking,
