Welcome back to Famous at Home in Five Minutes, the 30-second hug.

This came out of Christy.

We would hug.

Like, every now and again, Christy and I hug.

Believe it or not, we are married. But every now and again, Christy and I hug. Believe it or not, we are married.

And, but every now and again, we'll be hugging one another, whether it's in our closet or our

bathroom or our bedroom or somewhere like that.

And we're just hugging and just embracing or it's in the kitchen.

And one of the kids will see us doing it and they'll run in and they'll basically, you know,

almost tackle us in our leg and

they'll yell family hug and it's and then everybody comes running.

It's like they're jealous.

They want to be a part of it.

They might be a part of it.

And so we just realized I said, let's start every day with a 30 second family hug.

Let's wake up in the morning. Let's start the day.

Or let's at least one time a day do a family hug where we just all cuddle in for 30 seconds

and we stand together and we hug one. We just hug it out for 30 seconds. Hug it out. It releases

oxytocin in the brain and your kids feel united 30 second family hug.

It's so powerful actually. It's super powerful in marriage. Okay. So they talk about literally that
