Today we're talking about a powerful principle that I have learned recently that we're applying in our house. I need to do a better job

book called The Culture Code. And it said that the best growth environment is an environment

And I remember doing this, just this little inventory of myself to say, on a scale of 1 to 10,

how high am I in supporting my family or supporting my kids and how high am I in expectations,

setting expectations and expecting of them?

And if I was being honest, I was at like a nine on

support because I do a really good job of that I feel like but I was like at a six on expectation

maybe a five or six like I it's easier for me to support than it is to expect of them or to call

them up higher at a higher level and this week I'm going to encourage you to increase expectation what is your on a scale of one to

10 what are you on a scale of expectation and maybe you're maybe you're the support person

maybe the other side for you is support and I need to increase support this week let's increase

expectation let's look at no matter where you're at,

how can we level up our children, our spouse, like especially your children. How do you level them

up to a place of higher expectation? So for example, it might be that they want to quit a task

a lot sooner than they need to, whether it's practicing an instrument,

whether it's playing a sport, whether it's, maybe it's doing a chore, maybe it's cutting
