Welcome back to Famous at Home in Five Minutes. This week is Easter, and we get to celebrate the greatest event in the history of mankind, which is the resurrection

of Jesus. But the resurrection is also something that's very difficult to get our kids to understand.

Like, how do you understand as an adult? I have a very difficult time grasping the idea that Jesus

died and rose again and that he did that to save my life, to save me from death.

And so, you know, how do we explain that to our kids?

How do we get them to truly understand it is a very difficult task?

But I genuinely believe, and we talk about this often

is just the idea of moments creating moments in your home that your kids look back on with fondness

really cements who they are in relationship and that's what the resurrection is all about

it's all about relationship.

And I think about the traditions that I had growing up with my grandma and my me-ma and

my own family and my parents and the traditions that they set in place for me.

You know, going to church on Sunday, addressing up really, really nice for church on Sunday,

nicer than you would in any other

Sunday.

Singing certain songs, Christ the Lord has risen today.

Like, there's just, there's memories, there's songs that I go back to in my mind, even

not on Easter, but in other moments of my life where I relate to the resurrection story

because of those memories. And I think that's exactly what we encourage you to do this week
