And as Christy said too, some of the ways you can look at what you're valuing now that

you don't want to be valuing is to look at how you spent your time, look at your calendar

over the last six months, and look at how you spent your money over the last six months.

Usually that will show you what you're valuing.

And maybe you are valuing what you want to be and maybe you're not, but it's just a good

way to kind of identify how do we want to live our values.

And then one of the big ways.

Can I just say something with that real quick?

When you look at your calendar, typically it's only the scheduled things, look about how you also spend your free time.

Yeah.

The things that aren't on your calendar, but you just know, you know how you spend your free time.

it or not, right? But often it's because we've absorbed them from people around us, maybe our

culture or whatever and we're living by a set of values that maybe aren't even true for us maybe
