Hey, everybody, and welcome to another edition of the Rob Leifeld show featuring Rob Observations.

We are all about comic books and pop culture and all the different platforms that they

pop up in, the evolution of the actual form over the course

of many, many episodes of this show across five years. I have taken you on my personal journey,

how I ripped comic books off spinner racks that looked just like this when I was seven years

old, no idea to rip them off, but I did literally, in my excitement, like almost

tear them off the spinner racks at the newsstand at the liquor store at the 7-Eleven.

I've been very forthcoming in all of my different distribution centers when I was 7, 8, 9, 10,

riding my skateboard, riding my bike around Southern California, all the different places.

To this day.

If I get a comic book that I got during that age, I picked up 7, 8, 9, 10, boom, and beyond.

But even back then I know exactly where I purchased it.

I know exactly where, what time of day.

It is such a thrill.

It is such a jolt because comics just sparked something in me.

It sparked something in me that I have hopefully continued to share with the rest of you.
