That's how a new government report describes facilities used to detain migrants.

But on Friday, the president dismissed it.

I've seen some of those places and they are running beautifully.

They're clean, they're good.

And renewed his vow to start mass deportation raids fairly soon.

Well, I don't call them raids.

I say they came in illegally and we're bringing them out legally.
