Summary

Using metal to print 3D objects has been somewhat out of reach – until now. Fabrisonic uses an advanced manufacturing technology called to 3D print an extensive variety of metals through their patented ultrasonic additive manufacturing (UAM) process.
Fabrisonic has a suite of in-house SonicLayer 3D printing machines to help customers with the Serialized Part Production, Materials R&D, Short-Run Part Production and Custom 3D Printing. Fabrisonic can provide true part production from tens to thousands of parts per month down to print short-run metal parts to bridge between concept and full scale production.

1:01.0	So if you would, can you give listeners a rundown of what Fabrosonic does, you know, for the layperson? Sure.
1:02.0	So the concept of 3D printing is that we will take a three dimensional object like say a
1:08.8	loaf of bread and we'll cut it into slices kind of like a loaf of bread and then we'll print
1:14.9	one slice of the time to build up the entire loaf of bread
1:19.3	In our case we're doing this with metal, not bread.
1:22.8	So we take a CAD file that a company will send to us.
1:26.3	We'll play with it in our computer.
1:28.4	Slice it up into very thin layers of metal.
1:31.3	And we'll print each layer, one probably the other one at a time to make a
