joining the show. A few weeks ago we had the pleasure of catching up with Brighton head coach

Fabian Hurtzler where he shared his insights on Brighton successes in recent years. How he got

into management and such a young age and his love of the Houston Texans. Here's how our chat went.

Fabian, thanks for joining us this morning. It's probably the most unusual place we've done in

interview with Paddle Court. I know that you, the player, the CEO, Paul Barber, play.

What's the significance of Paddle at Brighton?

For me, I have the chance at the Paddle court, first of all, to find a good distraction of the daily business.

Second of all, sometimes I face like staff members on the paddle court.

I didn't see that often during the day.

So I think it's good to build like a connection to them.

And third of all, it's a very socializing sport.

So you come together, you don't play one against one, you play two against two,

sometimes you play a tournament.

So it's about socializing, it's about spending time together.

And I think that's something what sometimes in football is a little bit underestimated.

That the most important thing is obviously people's business

so it's about taking care about your staff members it's about building relationships

and here on the Pellate Court it's a great opportunity that you can do these things
