0:05.7	a baseball podcast on the House of El Network. As always, I'm your host, Maddie Lee, and
0:13.2	this week is an all-star edition. I am actually recording this on Saturday because I am heading to
0:22.4	Denver soon after I'm done putting this together. You guys of course will be listening to it
0:29.6	on Monday when the festivities have really started. So I am so excited about my guest today.
0:40.6	He covers the Dodgers for the Athletic and had covered the Angels for three seasons before that.
0:49.5	Fabian, Ardaya, we actually overlapped as interns with MLB.com back in the day,
0:59.3	and I'm so excited to have gotten to connect with him. I honestly, to start the season,
1:06.3	it had in the back of my mind that I wanted to have him on to talk about Shoheo Tani, who is just
1:15.6	making history left and right, and there's so much fun, and the all-star break feels like a perfect time
1:24.5	to do that. And then of course, Fabian switched beats mid-season this year. So he was covering
1:36.4	the Angels to start the season, moved over to the Dodgers, really excited for him. That's an awesome
1:43.8	career move, and he's done a great job since moving over there for our purposes of this podcast.
1:52.9	It also puts him in a really unique position to both talk about Shoheo Tani,
1:59.4	who we're going to talk about to start this interview because, you know, why not? Sounds like fun.
2:07.4	Sounds like a perfect all-star topic. But also, Fabian has the knowledge and is in the middle of
2:20.3	reporting on the allegations, the sole allegations against Trevor Bauer with Dodgers.
2:27.6	I should say that Bauer and his agents deny the allegations saying that the interactions between
2:37.8	him and this woman were consensual. She says that the encounters began consensually, but did not
2:47.6	end that way. And there's been some very in-depth reporting on the whole thing from the athletic
2:56.9	and others. And some really disturbing details have come out, but we'll talk more about that
