Were you sweating it out at all?

Or were you pretty confident you'd still be on Team Rotowire come August?

Man, I was on news duty those days, and it was a lot of trades.

I don't know if you saw, Eric.

The, I guess the biggest names, most of the biggest names that might have gone didn't end up getting moved.

But gosh, whatever we might have missed from a quality

perspective we certainly made up for it in a quantity yeah i don't i don't remember the exact number

was something like 58 trades in the final week i think i saw 30 the last day i think wow it was up

from i think 40something the year prior,

and the graphs were showing just, you know, five, 10 years ago. It was, I think, in the teens or

20s, if that. It definitely seems like all the extra names are not particularly fantasy-relevant

relievers, a good half of the deals, especially on deadline day.

So I don't know how many of those will get to, but I'm sure that the trade deadline will be

involved in, I would say, most of the names that we're mentioning today in some form or another.

But as always, let's start with the headlines.
