Ryan, we're one month in. Does that seem right? It feels like we go from, it's way too early,

don't even do anything, don't think about any player, don't look at any stats. It's still April to wait a second. It's practically May. What happened there? Yeah, it still feels like we're in the stages of

if you trusted this guy during draft season you should still trust him but that is the sixth of the

way through the season i mean that's that's a pretty large chunk um hopefully you're not falling too far behind in your leagues um

otherwise you might feel panic to cut one of those guys or trade one of those guys who's got off

to a slow start but i think generally we're still in that in that pocket of the season where

try to exercise patience obviously it kind of depends on

a case-to-case basis but that's my general thoughts on it yeah still technically april so i think

i'll agree with the year but as soon as it gets to may go crazy ignore everything you've ever

learned and just only look at season stats to date. And I think

that's how that works. Anyway, we've got a full show today, full of waiver wire pickups. And

we've also got plenty of headlines to get to before that. So let's start with a big one. Jackson

Holiday yesterday. He was demoted already.

Only 10 games into his major league career, but they were not very good, hitting 0.59, a 170 OPS, a 50% strikeout rate.

Only 10 games, but basically couldn't have asked for a worse start.

I think it makes sense to send Holiday back down already like the Orioles did?
