They're trying to watch every game they can.

It's my favorite thing in the world, BD, is people who, like, the ref will make a call.

And he'll be like, you know, my cousin's dog walkers college roommate would have won $400

if they would have called past interference.

I'm like, I don't think the ref knows your cousin's dog walker's college roommate. I just think, you know, the call is the call. Jimmy, Erica's in the kitchen. She's trying to make me some lunch. And she's like, is that Jimmy? And I go, yeah. Erica Donald's getting it done. I hope she may get a solid lunch because I have it on pretty good authority that you're the better cook in the family. You have it. I am the better cook in the family, Jimmy. Amen. This is all true. Sorry, I'm sorry America. America. I'm causing controversy in my own home. See, Jimmy, that's how you get to one of those losses. That's how you get to one of those losses. So we're going to have a nice interview and now now Jimmy just spawned a domestic incident in the state of Florida. It's not good. Well, listen, you're calling from your home. It's Christmas time. We love this. And something the Trump man is going to be talking about early January has to do with housing, making housing more affordable. Do you get the feeling that they understand, like, this is a, you know, this will be a

home run for America if you can increase access to homeownership because when people

invest in a home, they invest in a community.

And I think that's something sorely lacking right now.

I think it is very important.

Homeownership is.

One is access points.

Two is the stupid federal regulation that makes it more expensive.

Like, listen, I want to weatherize my home too, but it makes it more expensive.

So this is the stuff where you've got to start providing options to a lot of these rules.
