This week, a celebrity.

A celebrity enters Victory Lane. She is, of course, a health and

wellness expert. She has a fantastic documentary on Fox Nation about nutritional content. It is called

toxic America's food crisis. I am, of course, talking about the one and only Jillian

Michael stopped by on Thursday. And, you know, the Fox and Cross America Game Ball is always like somebody that, like, made me laugh or changed the tone of the show. Jillian Michaels does all of that because Thursday's episode was taped when we were all in a wild fist fight over this Minneapolis ice shooting. And she got in here and we literally talked food and wellness, but in a really funny way. I love Gillian Michaels.

It is my honor to give her this award. The crowd goes wild. Hey girl. People are fired up. No, there's real crazy. Yeah, the confetti cannons. Oh, man. Someone just released dubs. You have a live audience in here? I know, imagine. What happened? You want to know. Listen, folks. Okay. We only have a live audience on Fox News Saturday night because America goes both ways on this. Some people want to hear you call me fat in person. Some people just like hearing it in the comfort of their car. But pretty much everything that never happens between you and me, you're like, what are we doing in this segment? I'm like, I don't know, I'm going to to say something but you're going to end up calling me fat it's going to be great do me your fat always always i'll say i'll really drive it home in the end yeah yeah i remember in the beginning when you kind of felt bad uh maybe you didn't but it looked like you kind of it's fine it's going to be right well you know people like. So it wasn't that I felt bad about it. I just, I just didn't want to take shots at somebody who's beloved. But then, you know what? I figured, I just went, I just went right for the chocolate. Boom. Yeah. Jillion Michaels, buttering me up, even though she says I shouldn't have cholesterol. Um, the special toxic America's food crisis. I love this. There's two things. Did you watch?

You're so full of it. I don't know. I've only seen the trailers, but I watch it. I will. I mean it. I will watch it. There's two things. One we won't get to is food literacy and financial literacy are just things we don't do. And it's funny. like, because when I did, I feel like it was a lost opportunity.

When I was in, like, Home Mac in sixth grade,

you'd make, like, mac and cheese. They teach you how to make, like, hobo lasagna. But they probably should have spent, like, a day telling you how to, like, balance a budget and maybe telling you about a healthier mac and cheese. But back then it was like very basic.

I do feel like people like you are helping us evolve.
