Boeing's problems are no longer confined to 737 Max Nine's.

Boeing's been under scrutiny for how it produces Max Nine's after one of the planes lost a door plug

mid-flight earlier this month. The Federal Aviation Administration is now

telling airlines to also inspect older 737-900 ER models, they have a similar door plug.

Grain Giant Archer Daniels Midland says it's investigating some of its accounting practices.

It placed its chief financial officer on

administrative leave and is delaying its quarterly earnings report.

ExxonMobil is suing two groups of investors over a shareholder proposal calling

for stronger emissions reduction goals.

The oil giant said the proposal would harm its existing business.

Macy's has rejected a $6 billion takeover bid from two investment firms, among other things the retailer said

the offer was too low.

It also stressed that it is not looking to sell itself to other parties.
