How's it going Chris? It's going great. I mean, man, what a busy week. It's been for news and for us on the

podcast. We've been doing quite a lot and the

relaunch of e-Radio as well ready for season five. Absolutely I was so

happy to get back into the podcasting stage with Matt on that one. It's become useful to have a journalist on board the crew as we get into this quite newsy week.

We're going to talk about driver change news. Obviously we've got some new drivers coming into Formula One.

We're going to talk about some changes in

driver standard rules for driving that's going to continue for the rest of the

season. That's going to affect our whose fault is this argument. We're going to

discuss some ways in which to spice up

race weekends and we're also going to be covering the news about the upcoming W

series for next season that claims that it will boost the chances of seeing women in F1.

So trigger warning, we are going to talk about this subject and try to have a grown up conversation.

We're also going to hear from two guests with opposing views and in fact on this panel I know we have panelists with opposing views

we're not going to fall out over it and I understand this is an emotional subject but a lot of people

would do really well to relax slightly.
