I'm just catching my breath after a dramatic monochrome and before I set off to Barcelona,

I thought I'd let you know about this week's F1 Beyond the Great.

On Wednesday, you'll hear an in-depth conversation with Williams' American Rookie, Logan Sargent.

I love just watching the greatest drivers, Lewis, Jensen, Alonzo, Masa at the time.

It's kind of crazy.

They were in it when I started watching it.

How many years has it been that they've been driving an F1 car around?

But you always end up, once you make it, to come in against someone that you've seen on TV forever.

So it is cool that they're out there and it does make it special, especially seeing them on track while you're out there.

As well as discussing what it's like to drive alongside the people you grew up watching,

Logan talks about how the dream of Formula One compares to the reality of Formula One.

And he takes me back to the beginning of his racing career and how he coped with leaving the US for Europe at just 12 years of age.

It's a fascinating chat and he's incredibly thoughtful.
