0:36.4	2018. All right. At the time that this episode is airing,
0:41.7	that was just 15 short months ago. That was the day that I started to truly understand

0:58.0	And I had this realization and made this discovery when I woke up in the hospital, not knowing how I had gotten there, being rushed to receive multiple

1:54.1	I made some, you know, massive, massive progress.

2:08.9	hard year for me although it was the hardest year of my life it also turned out to be you know
2:16.4	the the catalyst for me to essentially change everything, to step up, to go all in, to draw a line in the sand, and really start getting after it.
