Corey Muscarra and in today's episode we're going to talk about the opposite of a bucket list.

0:16.2

More to come on that in a moment.

0:18.3

First, let's settle in together with the sound of the bells. So many of us are familiar with a bucket list.

0:48.0

This is typically a list we creative things we would like to do before we transition out of this world.

0:57.2

But fewer of us are familiar with the opposite of the bucket list, which I'm not going to say because I've tried to keep this a curse-free podcast,

2:21.8

on the qualities you want to get done that you want to work on the qualities you want to cultivate

2:23.7

within yourself and then of course they're going to be those things that are

2:28.6

antithetical to the person you're trying to become and also are not serving the things that you want to get

2:35.9

done and the person you want to become.

2:38.8

And so those things we put on the freak it list.

2:42.4

And again, this is just the commitment to not do the things that aren't deserving of your time, your life energy. You know, that's all, especially time, it's a non-renewable resource, and so needs to be allocated
