I am in with a podcast change. I added the FAAFO to it, but I'm back with the same formula that has allowed me to be successful in the past. I've set realistic intention.

I plan on being present and following through, but I still intend to remain petty

and hold grudges. Not all intentions need to be positive. Also, I will be unengaged and unbothered

by people and things in my life that do not serve me. That means parasitic people, unsolicited judgments,
