Dan Hampton flew F-16 fighter jets in combat over 151 missions in both Iraq Wars before retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. In this episode we discuss his journey into the Air Force, the incredibly demanding weapons school for fighter pilots, combat operations he flew over Iraq, and some incredible stories about aerial dog fights during training. We also discuss Dan's new book Operation Vengeance about the American World War II fighter pilots who were sent on a secret mission to kill Admiral Yamamoto.
