How firm a foundation, ye saints of the Lord is laid for your faith in his excellent word.

The Prophet Ezekiel spoke in the darkest days of Israel from the bottom of a dark valley.

Ezekiel saw the heavens open up and had visions of God.

Well, as you've likely guessed, the Bible bus has returned to the Old Testament today

on our five-year journey through the whole word of God. We're

starting now a study in the amazing prophetic book of Ezekiel. This is through

the Bible with Dr. J. Vernon McGee. I'm Steve Schwartz welcoming you

aboard the Bible bus. And Ezekiel is the fourth book in

what's called the major prophets, the other ones being Isaiah, Jeremiah, and Daniel.

Now as Dr. McGee explains, Ezekiel is really a very unusual book and we'll hear more

from Dr. McGee in just a moment but first say hello to my friend Greg Harris

who's here to share some great letters from our fellow listeners on the Bible bus.

And Steve, perhaps some of the folks that listen think,

Are they just digging around the archives after 50 years of ministry?

And these are fresh letters.

These have just come in in the past few weeks before we're here in the studio.

And so I hope you are encouraged by that because one of the things that amazes me about this ministry

is just the, it's like a fountain that just doesn't stop bubbling.

And that's because it's a divine thing.

It's the Lord Jesus Christ, it's the Holy Spirit.

But let's celebrate these letters from the United States and also listen for how often when people are touched by through the Bible, they begin to turn around
