started working as a consultant for real estate developers raising them capital.

One transaction where I'd raise all the debt and equity capital.

I'm looking to closing statement and there it was just me and I was a little fee and I said,

wait a minute, if I'm bringing all the money, I'm a smart guy, I want to be on that side of the table.

That deal closed and I stuck with that developer for a couple years for free just to learn

because I understood that I could acquire a skill set that could make me a tremendous amount of

wealth. When I see people today who approach me and say, hey man, I'm going to learn real estate

development, give me a job. That's not the right way. You want to acquire that skill set

and if you can offer something, bring something to the table and indoctrinate yourself into the real

estate world. You want to do that because that knowledge you acquire is yours forever.

Mortgage God. Yes. And that was something that was a really dope highlight of Invest Fest.

Very educational. And he works with Don. We'll talk about that later on, but that's the reason why

they want to stage. They were talking about the affirmation tower. They were talking about real estate

development. They were talking about real estate investing. A variety of different things.

So this is something that's extremely important because we talk about real estate investing a lot.

But it's always good to talk about real estate development and on a larger scale because it's

important not only to be motivated, but also to have the education to do as well.

Nothing we've only we've had a like a handful of developers on the brand of rules. One, obviously,

we had Don. But we always say that thing right now, despite to be something you have to see it.
