0:18.9	get referred some people we reach out to so what we wanted to do also is to
0:24.7	have like kind of like like open audition for lack of a better way it's like
0:29.8	we do Instagram live and then people just come on and then they just talk and
0:33.3	then it's like they got a compelling story and we something that we haven't
0:37.0	covered is like let's bring people like our supporters like you know I mean
0:40.2	because that's the way to actually engage the community as well as like we
0:42.6	have a bunch of supporters so let's bring some of our supporters on and people
0:48.3	that we may not have know about so it keeps the community alive that way you'll
0:51.1	always have people because either people are coming up with ideas or they're
0:54.3	hearing ideas and they're actually saying listen next year I'm a being in a show
0:58.3	and the response is always the same I can't wait let's do it yeah yeah so for sure
1:02.3	so Carpillet he came on Instagram live about a month ago maybe a month and a
1:07.4	half ago and when he came on he was spending a lot of information about the
1:11.0	healthcare industry and a bunch of stuff and everybody that was on the live
1:15.7	watching it they agreed like you should get up on the podcast let them on so we
1:20.2	set up a time and actually it was crazy because obviously I was before this
1:24.9	whole COVID-19 outbreak so we couldn't do it in person we had to reschedule it
