My name is Scott Porter and I am joined by

Zach Guilford formerly known as Matt Sarison.

May Whitman formerly known as nobody you've ever heard of.

And today we'll be tiving into Friday Night Light, season one episode two, Eyes Wide Open,

written by Jason Cadhams, and directed by Jeffrey Reiner.

Okay, so if episode two is not only about football, then what is it about I, for me, this

episode was about how people deal with grief and also about Applebee's but we'll get to that

later.

Okay well for me I have to say I think it was about relationships and especially when it comes to a coach and Tammy Taylor's relationship.

Well, I think it's not only football because there wasn't others practice football.

But I think it can be football as well

it's just not only i think it was a lot about just really building the

character of the community

i think that really was the thrust for me and just who everyone is where they are and how big this thing is there because the first episode was

You know it was about the game the excitement of leading up to that and the you know the tragedy of what happens to street

And this one focuses more on like the lives of everybody

Got it so it's not only about no it's not only football. Jesus. God. I was like... No, no, I just I was I was I was
