I turned to Matthew Chapter 2 and while you're turning let me read you something I got

while both male and female reindeer grow antlers in the summer each year.

Male reindeer dropped their antlers at the beginning of winter,

usually late November to the latest mid-December.

Female reindeer retain their antlers till they give birth in the spring.

Therefore, according to every historical rendition depicting Santa's reindeer, every single

one of them, from Rudolph to Blitzen, had to be a female. We should have known only women while pregnant would be able to

drag a fat man in a red suit all around the world in one night and not get lost.

Again, I'm not going to share very long with you today just for a little while, but we've been in a series at Christmas year on what made the wise being wise.

And we've told the first week we talked about, anyone remember what kind of worship, expecting worship, that they

came expecting to meet with the king.

Last week we talked about expressive worship and today we're going to talk about extravagant worship.

What made the wise men wise? Their worship is what made them wise.

They came for one reason and one reason only and that was to worship

Jesus and their worship was expected, it was expressive and it was extravagant. Now Matthew chapter 2, we're just going to pull out one

verse to start with, verse 11. Matthew 2-11 says that when they come into the

house they saw the young child with Mary's mother and fell down and worshipped him.
