Summary
The battle for domestic cup silverware hit the final stretch on Wednesday. In Canada, the Impact and Whitecaps battled to a thrilling 2-2 draw that sets up winner-take-all match at BC Place at the end of the month. Down south, the Union booked their second straight US Open Cup final appearance.
